It is our mission to provide our clients with a calm & relaxing environment.

With all respect, we kindly request our guests to observe our Policies.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please call to us as soon as possible if you are running late to your appointment.
If you arrive later than the scheduled start time we still have to end your treatment on the initial scheduled end time.
Please keep in mind that you will be charged for the cost of the initial scheduled appointment. In order to get the most of your treatments by us, please be on time!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you and is considered confirmed when it is made.
We require at least 24 hour advance notice to reschedule/cancel the appointment, otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your total service cost.
You can cancel your reservation online or by texting/calling us.
Failure to arrive for your appointment or notify us, will result in a 100% charge for your reserved services.

PRODUCT RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please bring in the product within two weeks of the purchase date.
We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for a product or products more suited to your desired result.
If you do not wish to have a product exchange, you may have full refund.
For full refund, product must be returned in person within 2 weeks of purchase date.
No exceptions can be made.

We are dedicated to helping clients achieve their skin care goals.
If you would like to have a consultation with a specialist before choosing a service, you may book a free 30-minute consultation.

PAYMENT

O’ESTHETICS accepts all major credit, debit cards, Venmo, cash.
